Following our last Q1 2019 market outlook where we examined price trends in the GTA, we noted specific differences in trends and performance in Oakville.

We thought it was imperative to take a closer look at inventory supply levels in the Oakville detached home market segment as we are experiencing a 20% increase in supply versus non-detached. This is increasingly evident when segmenting by price-points and geographic regions within Oakville.
