Ten days after you receive the information on your condo (rules, size, build information), you won’t be able to back out. But before that, you’re going to have as much time as you need to decide. If you find anything (go to a lawyer!) before then, don’t hesitate to back out. Don’t be afraid to inquire specifically about things that really matter to you. What are the rules regarding large or small pets? What if you need an extra parking space? How is security handled?
